The Growing Coaches was the inspiration of a student of the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and offers an innovative approach to democratising coaching. Henley coaches undergoing post graduate qualifications and professional body accreditation are now offering coaching to leaders from a wide range of institutions including several well known private, public and not-for-profit organisations. This is a win-win for organisations and students and we at Henley are delighted to partner with The Growing Coaches to offer experience to our students and to make a positive difference within organisational leadership and socially important enterprises.
